A teacher plays a pivotal role to shape the future of students. It feels very special when students come together to express their gratitude to appreciate and recognise the incredible contribution of their teachers who design a strong pavement of success for their students.

DAV Police Public School Sirsa celebrated 'Teachers' Day' today in school premises with great gusto and zeal and commemorated the unforgettable contribution of the second President Dr Sarvepalli Radha krishnan , a renowned philosopher and educationist, towards education.

Students of class 5 th commenced the celebration and girls of class 5 th exhibited an engrossing dance performance that turned the ambience fervent. Kartik of class 5th recited a beautiful poem through which he eulogised the efforts of the teachers. Girls of class 10th sang a euphonious song that filled the air with vitality.

Students of 10th class presented beautiful 'Titles' to the teachers that aptly depicted their personality and they demonstrated their elegance through a 'Ramp Walk' that turned the ambience enthralling.

The teachers and students tapped their feet on music together. Teachers demonstrated their singing dexterity and sang melodious songs.

Hon'ble Principal Ma'am Mrs Kusum Sharma honoured all the teachers by presenting mementos. She advocated that only teachers can bring a great change in the society.
